Shanghai has always been one of the places i wanted to visit...was very excited abt the trip....Pudong Airport is Huge, it looks a bit like KLIA or HKIA...that's a typical look for airport i guess...hehehe....After checking into the hotel, went sightseeing with my friends and had our
南翔小龙包...one of the famous Xiao Long Bao restaurants in Shanghai....took a stroll around
城皇庙...the streets were full of tourists and little shops selling sourvenirs, food, desserts etc etc...one could not resist not buying anything :p
I love the night view of Shanghai....went to the famous Shanghai Tan on one of the nights...the view was AMAZING...felt like i was in HK, standing on Avenue of Stars, overlooking the night view of HK Island...I just love it....
(these are two of the oldest buildings and area in Shanghai Tan...they look magnificent!!!!)
After the walk around the area, we went for a drink at
PEACE HOTEL (和平饭店）...if you watched the series "Shanghai Tan" before, u will know abt this place :) ... the place where we had our drinks is called
夜上海 :) and it's at the rooftop of Peace Hotel...this is one of the pics i took from the rooftop... :))

where is all the delicious dim sum? i want see! the photo of the cherry blossom not obvious leh...so dark. anyway, taipei n shang hai in two weeks, who got that priviledge other than Jane! cant wait for your india photo as well. hiak hiak!
Wah Lau...u r so xing fu...can travel everywhere...I saw that magnificent building and Peace Hotel the last time I went there, but it was a rainy morning so not nice...now ur pics are great!! U must be very rich to go into Peace Hotel ya...too hor mia liaw this Jane...now where's my gift? The one u said u can't resist not to buy??!!?!? Will wait till u come back to Kuching, but if u can't resist not to send back here earlier, I don't mind...hehehe...take care Jane Jane...
