Friends~~~what are they to you? someone who could share your happiness, sadness, companionship etc etc etc...i remember i wrote a post about FRIENDS before and how i described good friends are hard to find after school? well? i'm WRONG...coz i found even better friends after school...well, i'm not saying that friends from school are not as good, i just meant that i found good friends too after school....i felt so blessed for having them..mayb it's because of some good deeds i did in my past lives or it just happened that they loved me from my past lives and still wanted to be with me *blush*....

A gift from AFAR~~~

This is my 2009 birthday card from afar~~~i really really LOVE this card coz it's handmade, unique and very very beautiful~~~i can see that there is a lot of effort, hardwork and hardship put in creating such a wonderful gift :') thanks for remembering my birthday....i was really really surprised when i received it...don't you just think it's beautiful? i love love love love it...thanks for much..... ^^ i will be waiting for my valentine's card, xmas card, chinese new year card, hari raya card, national day card, my brother's bday card, my wedding card, my new born card, my next year birthday card, and the year after next, and the year after and after and after...hehehee.... ^^

Pudding

my friend in taipei gave me a box the other day...he used frozen sesame seed balls box and when he passed to me, i thought, wow, such a big box of sesame seed balls...and i didnt think twice...when i come back home, i was thinking of just putting the box in the freezer...but i was curious to feel the uneven surface of the box..i thought, oh gosh, the sesame seed filling must have come out but gosh, why is it so hard? should be watery..so i was curious to see how BIG they were..so i opened the box and was shocked!!! coz they werent wat i thought they were...they were PUDDING....now they are flooded in my small little fridge...they were yummy~~~

Shopping~~

Change of season (yahoo \(^^)/ -> have been waiting for this time since summer started at end of April 09) means i need to dig out winter clothing and put away summer clothing..and it also means, i need to take out my quilt..double ya hoo on that...i just love winter because i don't like the heat...i rather be cold to death than heat to death...hehehe..winter also means, boots and jackets....to get ready for the new season, i bought myself some winter stuff...don't you just like winter? yay yay yay...this week is the coldest in HK...from 9'C to 15'C only...dear God, please let it stay this way for long long time~~ ^^ ....sorry about my very messy home :p

can you believe how foggy kuching was the day i left? it was really beautiful la~~~ i took a quick video coz i have never seen such beautiful scenery..for some reasons, i'm in love with fog/midst...real fog that is...i don like it when it's smoky when our neighbour country starts burning their bushes...it smells...anyway, hope i didnt make you guys dizzy..just wanted to share the video aaaannnnddd, the picture i took on the plane...nice ho? aaahhh...kch is so beaaaaUUuuutiful

my birthday in Wuxi

who gets to celebrate bday in WUXI? the answer is "ME"~~~ well, eventhough i was travelling and had to work, i still got a lot of blessing from my dear dear friends...*TOUCHED* :') that means, it doesnt make any difference where i am, as long as our hearts are together, we have never been parted :)) i feel so blessed...even as i wrote my blog...that day, my colleagues helped me celebrated my bday...it was a rainy and cold day in wuxi...i didnt feel depressed, in fact, i was delighted coz it made the day so Breathtakingly beautiful...wuxi looked like heaven when it was foggy (i'm sure it looked better in the ancient days)...some parts of wuxi still maintain their beauty and made me realized why there were so many poets in the ancient times~~

We went to the famous lakeside of wuxi for dinner....it was an exotic place...and i "treated" my colleagues...hahaha...they bought me a black forest cake from the hotel...it tasted really GOOD...we finished the whole cake despite the delicious set dinner we ordered!!! now you could imagine how extravagant my bday in wuxi could be...hehehehe....here are some pics but my "brilliant" colleague took a photo WITHOUT my cake... :)

my new toy

Tada~~ this is my new toy~~ it's a LG phone and it's coloured!!! it comes with Radio Transmission and cute polyphonic ring tones !!! how could i even be so happy and excited about it you might ask..it doesnt have fancy touch screen, no camera, no MP3 sound, no internet, no bluetooth, no infared function etc etc...it's just basic phone...receiving, calling, sms'ing, alarm clock, calendar etc...but i just LOVE love love it...it's really really cheap, only HKD198 and it serves all my needs~~~ i love it when it rings...i found out that i don't really need an apple ipone, or a palm or anything fancy....yup, im old fashion...but just take a look at it...it's small, light, cheap and cute...the accessories are sponsored by my dear fren...pooh bear phone string and a cute cover..yup, my friend knows im cute, thus go well with cute stuff :p

Today is the Nth birthday for the cute, nice and kind twins born on 11.11 Nth years ago :) This year, im spending my birthday in an exotic place…WUXI~~~ my colleagues are planning to bring me to the restaurant at the lake for dinner :) am touched even before they have done it…hehehe… guess what? China today is celebrating a special day…yup, they know it’s my birthday…so they are celebrating as well…guess what they are celebrating…it’s singles’ day..the day for the singles…. you may be wondering why it’s singles’ day today…today’s date is 1111…it looks like 4 sticks…in Chinese sticks is called 棍…the date is made up of all 1’s, hence the term 光 (means "all" in English)…if you combine them, it becomes 光棍 (meaning single)…hence today is the 光棍节 (pronounce as guang gun jie...bahasa baku pls)。 How interesting~~~~

Our Tiger

we have a dog at home~~~ 2 yrs after death of husky....we name him "tiger" coz we want him to ROAR like a tiger....it was a small small little puppy when jenn got him...only a few days old when some unethical citizen decided they couldnt afford the puppies, put them in a box and left them outside MBKS!!! imagine a few new born puppies, who had not even taste the milk of their mum were thrown out in the cold, at night?! luckily a passerby was kind enough to pick them up and took care of them...from a small tiny teeny puppy 3 months ago become a bigger doggie today....i love and hate tiger coz he is extremely naughty...for some reasons, he loves to lick people's feet!! i felt that he is more like a cat than a dog coz he tries to catch balls, tries to play with you when you are walking, jumps up and down when you fake holding a ball in your hand...anything but doggie...but i love him for who he is...he's really adorable and i have to say, i kinda miss him now~~~

I like him constantly wagging his tail~~~~he looks like a big fat rat...oh btw, when i was in bkk few months back and tiger was still very small...i saw a rat running in the street and i actually thought it looked like tiger.... baby tiger = street rat...haha...

tiger is very discipline...he knows he's not allowed in the house...so he doesnt dare to do it...but he could be a wild dog when he was let out the cage....OMG OMG...you should see him...he looked lika a dog that just came out of prison...well...think of it this way, if u were being locked in a small cage with no tv, no internet and computers, how would you feel??? hehehe

Welcome Home~~

Heng and Jude picked us up one morning for breakfast with Heng's semi-new black vios...nice...what's even better is the welcome feeling that both of them gave me...*sob sob* i'm really touched...judy put "herself" (AKA the pink pig) in the car to welcome me...the pink piggie was holding a note that said "CHOU JIANG" (my nick back in EY days...haven't heard it for quite sometime already)....so chou jude put in her effort to write a welcome note to chou jiang :) hey, it rythmes....anyway, the piggie is a gift from me to chou jude...let me tell you a story on the piggie...it was born in Philly in Oct 2008 when i "picked" it up from the toy machine....it reminded me so much of chou jude (臭猪) that i wanted her to keep it....unfortunately, chou jude ate all the food and didnt leave enough for the pink piggie，hence it starved and become so thin....while i know jude loves it very much but jude just cannot share food with anybody but Heng (hence, heng grows horizontally and pink piggie shrinks horizontally)...hey jude, you need to be fair oh...here are the pictures and gestures that touched me :) THANK YOU CHOU JUDE...you are very creative....i miss Chocky too....

my cute mum

it was a really hot afternoon, i picked mum up from sabarkas after her beauty facial...she shopped in the mall while waiting for me...when i arrived, she ran out like a little kid seeing her parents coming...she had a cup of buttered corn and a shopping bag with her....she said she was hungry and wanted to eat something...i thought of bringing her somewhere NEW so i suggested tarot cafe...i kinda like tarot cafe coz it's easier to park and food/drinks not so bad....so i took her there....for some reasons, it was quite crowded there so i couldnt park right in front of the restaurant...it was a really really hot sunny day, so i decided to park under the shade...which is just behind the restaurant...when we got down, i saw mum bringing a bag with her...i asked her why she wanted to bring the bag...then she said the clothes she just bought were quite expensive and she was afraid that they might got stolen...i didnt think too much...so while we were waiting for our food..i became curious of mum's purchase...what did she buy that were so valuable until she was afraid that they might got stolen..so i took the bag from her lap...gosh..it felt kinda heavy!! gold bar? hahaha...so i looked into the bag...eee? why got so many things inside and looked kinda messy...and a bottle of mineral water inside? hmmm...then i realised, they were the rubbish from the car that i put in the bag!!! so which meant ma's bag with her goodies was still IN THE CAR!!! i told her and she was shocked and looked in the bag...She took a bag of rubbish out instead of her precious clothes...haha..to think she guarded the rubbish bag like somebody was gonna snatch from her....then i quickly went to the car to fetch her bag...only then she felt relieved....i couldnt stop laughing...when i retold the story to my dad during dinner...i couldnt stop laughing, so as my mum, sis and dad...and my friends were all laughing with tears...oh dear...my mum really made my day :) THANKS MUM..luv ya This is the bag my mum guarded with all her strength~~~ The content of the bag (^^)p

end of vacation

my last post was about the beginning of my vacation...this post is about the end of my vacation....overall, my vacation was really really good and i truly enjoyed my days off...until i already forgot where i was...hahaha...people told me i forgot because i travelled too much...to me, i tend to remember where i am when im on business trips (i have never forgotten where i am at all when im on business trips!!!) WHY? because i am always stress when im on business trip, constantly doing a mental check that i have done everything that i need to do for WORK...there, how could i forget?! but when im on vacation, i relax my mind...no mental check, no stress, no to-do list, no meetings (or less), no work...just play play play, eat eat eat, sleep sleep sleep...i wish my life could be that simple..hahaha...

now busy with conference calls again...at NIGHT time...just finished a call with my boss...siggghhh..1030pm oledy.... :'( i miss my vacation la
