when i was back home in Oct, mum cooked many things for me...she made her delicious home-made meal and of coz, nutritious soup known as 炖补...i saw mum put in many good stuff in the soup...red dates, ginseng, expensive lean pork and some which i dono what they are called in English...i felt i had gained back all the lost nutrients for the past months....haha.. this month, i decided to do the same for myself so i called mum for recipe....because i was also sick, so mum asked me to make ginger wine + fried egg for a meal..so i did it obediently too...and i made something unexpectedly because i found 4 potatoes in the fridge @_@ ...made smashed potato with butter and cheese...yummy...really, i stored more nutrients in my body which can keep me warm throughout the winter... :) Love you, mum~~ i should learn more recipes from her next time~~

yeah, i get nutrients from ma's meals everyday.. hence Fat also haha.. well, nothing comes easy... one just has to sacrifice to get something else :P

i like fried egg with ginger & wine ! but that suppose to be confinement food right? gd lah u can boil your own nutritious soup :)
