not so sure

im not so sure what the title is now..im not sure how sober i am right now but all i know is, i can still type without typo....tonight, it's our last night in korea and my client took us out for dinner to celebrate....either because they are finally free from us or because they just cant bear to see us leave...nvm what the reason is, the truth is, they are bringing us out for dinner finally...after SIX weeks!!! well, i'm not sure how my feeling is now coz i'm trying to just feel neutral abt everything and anything..somehow, this is a very difficult thing to do....well...after x yrs, i finally learned to see something clearly...in people i thought who are close to me....sometimes, i am quite confident in how ppl think of me...whether they like me, they hate me or they are just losers who are trying to take advantage of me...somehow, i keep losing to a battle of some people...and tonight, i did it again...i lost to ppl to kept using me and yet, i treat the person like god...hahaha...how dumb could i be...all along, no matter how bad im being treated, how unfair im being treated...i always take it generously...somehow, i think i owe this person a lot..mayb i did something bad in my past lives, or mayb i am just too naive...im not sure..not sure if u are as "intelligent" as me..treat ur debtor like god...well..tat's how im like all this while..finally, i see the real person behind a "nice" person i thought this person is....our client took us out for really nice dinner...ordered alot of food for us and of coz wine and beer....and this colleague of mine, wanted to protect oneslf..while i understand, but i was being put on the spot by this person while this person just hid in the corner while i battled for my own life...now im not so sober..but am still ok so far coz i managed to "let go" some stuff...thanks to this person of coz....and guess what? as i tried to recall...i just remember how nice i was towards this person...always remember to wait for the person's team for lunch or go home..but never did this person thought of waiting for me for lunch or going home...and even thought of asking me out for dinner only because this person is having dinner alone (fyi, i was so full till i couldnt walk..but never did this person try to understand how hard it was for me to see food that night).....i really felt sorry for myself....for being so naive~~~tell me...am i too nice or just plain stupid? tell me wat u would do if u were me?

Hole-Ly seoul

Was in busan one weekend.....that's was back in april...i didn't remember i have this thought when i first visited korea in 2007 but then, this time, i noticed something unique about korea when i was in busan....busan is a really nice place..full of mountains and oceans, buildings and also kimchi~~~i ventured around the city for two days and checking destination to visit online...when i was doing my research and searching for places to visit and how to get about, i noticed that busan has a lot of names is something something dong (ie xx洞 or xx cave)..a lot of BIG question marks appearred on my head...why why why? why full of holes? (for those who don't read chinese, dong in chinese means hole as well)...i don't get it...so last week i was in seoul...again, i travelled around and enjoyed reading the map to get to know seoul better...especially when i was bored on the subway for 30 mins..so i tend to read alot :p and guess what i found...the names are full of holes too~~~~~each and every area starts with a name and end with dong...again, i don't know why koreans like dong so much...mayb dong in korean is equivalent to "road", "street" in english? or mayb it's just sounds better..whichever it is, i just think korea is too Hole-LY....hehe....feel free to enlarge the picture to find a place without HOLE for me :)

HK BBQ

my sis and her friends craved for HK BBQ when they were in HK....we had all kinds of food but nothing ordinary...we had indonesian, japanese, dim sum and they were all darn pricy....but really good food...so after so many expensive meals, we decided to go local....so i brought them to a HK char chan teng for lunch...they craved for HK BBQ, so by the time we sat time, after 2 mins, we ordered so much BBQ pork, roasted pork, roasted goose, suckling pig etc etc etc...a BIG plate of bbq stuff came and we gobbled down like there was not tomorrow...hahahaha..and guess what? my sis friend, who is very petite and cute, craved for more bbq pork..so this time, we ordered just only the bbq pork and when the waitress put down the plate..we were all so shocked....this is how it looked like...ALL MEAT but it was superlicious.... :p me in korea now..kinda miss meat...i wanna shallow the picture...hehehe...

Photo session

Some tips for photo poses...i know it's always hard when it comes to what pose you wanna show in your pics...you may want it to be sexy, pretty, cute or pretty......funny...haha, here are some tips from doc jane....during easter, we did some experiment on how to make wonderful poses in your pics to capture the most memorable moment of your trip...note: no animal was harm during this experiment :p we sacrificed our "image" in the busy street of TST to help with the shooter and the shootee, the traveller and the travellee....how nice could we be? ok guys, here are some of the tips:

TADA

Jude and jenn - try to be creative in their poses..but how come judy looked like she just finished her arm pit shaving ><...jenn looked like she has a headache...haha
me and jude...judy looked sexy~~~yup, this is the correct way of showing your emotioOOons....feeling sexy in and out...and me? hmmm, i looked like i have a back pain...haha...
Heng - acting cute....i think he would look more adorable without the pai kia glasses (translation: 古惑仔的黑超)
PHOTO OF THE YEAR - i looked through all the photos taken...heng's typical expression is....expressionLESS....i think he was too tired after his LONG walk everyday...this is by all mean, the best pic we have taken....sexy (with his big butt facing us - the nice focus; with his head looking at the great view of HK - looking natural; resting on the rail - to relax his exhausted body and recharged...the BEST? the unknown legs sticking out from nowhere!!! hahahah....)

Beer festival - Oktofest

Just some old photos while i was browsing through this morning and found some interesting pics to post....went to beer festival last year and drank not a lot of beer :p we had a lot of fun~~~dancing, eating, drinking and there was live band, most importantly..it was CROWDED especially when the guys did the full monty....you wish you were there, eh? hehe...it was great fun..with great people, great view (we were on roof top near star ferry terminal, so we could see full view of hk island...it was grrreeaattt)....just some pics to share (yes, i realise it was ages ago..no, there's no expiration date on photos :p...)
full monty by FOUR sexy, drunk guys....got you all excited? hehe 007 - GI Jane william - couldnt get enough of beer...so he stole the mugs..haha... PHOTO IS REMOVED TO PROTECT PERSONAL PRIVACY

who's this sexy lady? "lau cui nua"(translation: 流口水) - i mean us, not you, sexy lady....

一日游 (a day off in hk)

it was long weekend this weekend...YAHOOOoo...i know all of you are feeling like this even weeks before the long weekend....i didnt really have anything planned for the long weekend...i was still feeling sick and initially i decided to stay at home and rest...but after some hard thinking, i decided to take ah fai's offer...to go cycling with friends....once i cycled in "long island" a year and a half ago...and i missed the feeling of wind blowing at your face, so i decided to challenged by sickness....it proved to be a wise and worthwhile decision :) thanks fai fai for making me see the other side of HK...the beautiful & natural side and the scary side that is...

we started our trip at "tai wai station" (outskirt of HK) and wanted to start our journey there, who knows, there were no bicycles left..looks like everyone came out to do the same thing...so we went to "shatin station" and looked for other vendors...there was one, luckily, but we had to QUEUE....yup, like how we waited for dim sum at restaurant..this is something new to me...i never thought cycling on holiday could be so popular....we waited for 45 mins before we chose our own bike...(didn't have much choice anyway), so i chose a simple bike with no special function..just pedal pedal pedal and a hard seat...but i did have a cute bell...fai fai's friends said my bike looked like the type of bike people used for delivering food (外卖单车)...i forgot to take a pic though....sayang la....anyway, it was great to cycle around, seeing the beautiful scenery...it took my breath away when i saw the water and the mountains after mountains, apartments after apartments and of coz bikers after bikers....haha...i was shocked by the amount of ppl cycling...i took some pics while i was cycling to share with my friends~~~

this is the view while i was cycling...this was only the beginning

As we went further, we began to see the crowd...OMG OMG, this was where we waited at the traffic lights...doesn't this look like we were participating in the cycling competition? everyone was eager to be the first...some ppl even waited at the wrong side of the road!!! amazing
it was so crowded that it made some area so hard to cycle...i had to watch out for the crowd and couldnt enjoy the view as much as i wanted to...some people rode too slow coz they looked like beginners, so i had to overtake a lot of them..i wish i had a rear mirror installed on my handle coz there were people coming out of nowhere behind ya..so before you overtake, must look behind you...Also, some people didnt know you were overtaking them, so they just suddenly overtaking ppl in front of them...i learned a few lesson..ALWAYS "HORN" them before you overtake!!! mayb it was the crowd that i saw a lot of injuries happening along the way...one of fai fai's friends fell down and hurt her chin, knees and later, she was hurt on her arm by another biker because the road was too narrow...and fai fai fell down when going downhill...i carelessly knocked on my knees a few times and now i have a lot of O-CHE (blue green) marks all over my legs :'( the scary thing was, we saw this gal being taken away by ambulance with a bandage on her cheek...the hearsay was she fell down and rubbed her cheek and the flesh fell out (><).i saw another little gal struggling with pain in her mum's arm coz she crashed her bike and was later taken away by ambulance...a few bikers along the way crashed their bike with minor injuries but the bike needs major overhaul!!! the whole tyre became other shapes other than round!!! a guy in front of me almost knocked on me while i was doing 60km/hr...geeezzzz, luckily my 外卖单车had really good brake or else i would be rocketeer... traffic jam at the junction...people stopping to go to the loo and buying ice creams and cold drinks...actually this scene reminds me of the scene in kuching...people stopped anywhere they want, whenever they want...amazing~~~~~~no road ethics man... during the trips, we stopped to enjoy the view...it was....magnificent~~~
and we found a weird creature on the way...isn't this beautiful? :) thanks fai fai for taking me....the whole bike ride took us 4 hours....the consequences? sore bum (i think my two apples are now O-CHE), muscle pain everywhere...my body feel like it's gonna break anytime soon...haha....excessive exercise i guess another note, i felt like i was doing a circus coz fai fai and friends said i could ride with one hand...i was on the phone a few times while riding...and i was taking out my phone while riding to take pics for you guys, and i looked behind and chit chatted while riding....people, please do not imitate me unless you are well trained :)...these are high risk actions.....the reasons i did this was because the road was too narrow for me to stop and i didnt want to delay other people for my own convenience :)
